They charged for fuel despite filling up the car close to their establishment. They refused to adjust my bill even after I provided a receipt for gas.
12 days ago my father came in for a wedding and rented with a debit card, no issues. Today, my father tries again and the incredibly rude manager there will not rent the vehicle. We have a family emergency, he told him that and the incentive prick says “you can have the car for one day and it disappear.” I spoke with customer service and ANY branch is allowed to make an exception but on this day, the heartless manager will do NOTHING but then his back to a repeat customer and insult him by saying he thinks he’s going to steal the car. Class act
Their customer service is via an online form are they are very slow to respond, it took days to get a response.

Used them a bunch before. Was always fine. Flew into BWI this morning. Asked that I show a copy of my personal car insurance. I did not have it with me as it was never requested before from this car rental place or any other for that matter. Was forced to buy their insurance for an additional $25 a day. Total scam. If that is a requirement they should make this known at time of reservation upfront. And I am not talking about the fine print in the actual rental contract.
