Amazing customer service! This was the best car rental experience I've ever had. I've rented from Enterprise multiple times across the country and never had a bad experience - but the people at their BDL location were exceptional. I was greeted at the door, directed and introduced to the agent who quickly took me to the vehicle after gathering a few pieces of information from me. I didn't actually time it, but I was probably driving away in the vehicle in under 5 minutes. Returning the vehicle was extremely fast and the check in guy was very courteous. After gathering my luggage, I was greeted by the shuttle driver and quickly taken to the terminal.
The staff at this location are fantastic! We were treated like royalty, with loads of personal attention, care, and helpful information. Could not have asked for better service. And, the car was great, too.
I will only use this place from now on and will also recommend my employer to use them for their corporate account.

I picked up the rental near the airport and the staff was quick and friendly. They took me to a Kia and asked me if it was to my satisfaction. I asked for an American made vehicle and he pointed me to a Buick. Very luxurious. Great staff checking in and checking out. I always rent cars from there when flying in to Connecticut.
Not all car rental places are the same. The Hartford Connecticut airport enterprise assisted me in September because my flight got rerouted from a different airport to Connecticut and I need a rental car immediately. On short notice, they got me a rental car, filled it with gas, an EZ pass, and were very quick. The customer service was amazing and the workers were super helpful. They even upgraded me to a bigger car for free. Highly recommend.
