Due to the recent power outage at the Atlanta Airport we were forced to stay another night in Connecticut. Delta hooked us up with a hotel voucher for the Days Inn. The staff was slammed with a lobby full of tired, irritated guests but they handled it like pros! Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable. There was a mini fridge and microwave. I think they allowed smoking in some of the rooms, because the hallway was smelly, but that is my only complaint. For the complimentary breakfast we enjoyed the waffle bar and juice machine. They provided us shuttle service to and from the airport. Thanks again team for providing excellent customer service!!
Only stayed in room for a few hours (was going to the airport). Room layout was bigger than expected, bed was on the softer side. Everything was great.
Hotel rooms are nice, beds and pillows comfortable. Bathrooms are tight but shower space good. The sink is located out in the room so a bit inconvenient if you are in bed and someone needs to get ready in the morning. Tv is a decent size and channels are ok. The room comes with a fridge and iron All in all this is a clean relatively inexpensive place to crash for a couple nights but it won't blow your mind.
Comfortable beds and accommodating staff at reasonable cost close to the airport. Just what we needed. My kid accidentally left a packback in the breakfast room, and when I returned the following day it had been safely kept in the front office. So grateful!
If I could rate this hotel lower I would! General manager Devin screamed at me in the lobby and would not make our horrible stay right. No heat in room and front desk agent gave me a key to an out of service room that was under construction. Room we got was dirty and worker took over 2 hours to assist in bringing amenities that should've been already in the room- came to lobby to speak to front desk worker and she was sitting on lobby couch watching TV and maintenance worker was yelling on his cell phone. Room smelled horrible and the breakfast in the morning was not stocked at 8am- no excuse.
