The driver we had, taking us from the airport to self service parking was great. She was very helpful when we locked our key in the car. She called security for us and said she would come back around in a few minutes to check on us. Security was an older gentleman and a younger man, they both were very friendly and waited with us until we were settled. I called the phone number on the ticket you get when you leave the car in self park to explain our situation and he was very rude. He wouldnt let me talk and quickly rushed me off the phone. I was talking and because he wasnt listening to me when I stop talking, I realized he put me on hold because I heard the hold music. When he came back on the line I explained to him that he was being very rude and asked him to thank the security for being so paitent but I was not happy with him. (Not sure of his name but he was taking the tickets/ payments when its time to leave. It was about midnight on Wed of July 12 if that helps narrow it down) I want to give a higher rating because of the lasy driving us and security, but because of the gentleman answering phone/ taking payments I wont do that.
I parked my car early Sunday morning.....somehow forgot to put the drivers window up in my jeep. When I returned yesterday after 4 days of travel, there was a plastic bag placed over my door, protecting my car from the elements. Nice touch Galaxy! Apparently security noticed it and took it upon themselves to protect my vehicle. Would definitely use this service again! -Neil
This guys are the best, fast and great!!! It's my second time that I park here , all the stuff is friendly , the shuttles are in just minutes and u can't beat the best price!! They even cleaned the snow from my car !! Yesterday my car battery was dead when I returned from my trip and they was helping me for almost an hour till they was sure that I can drive safe back home. I will definitely return here and I will recommend it . Thank u!!!
Had to wait 30 min for pickup at Bradley. Two other shuttle companies had come and gone. 3 Galaxy passengers called 5 times between 1:45 and 2:15am. Dispatcher rudely answered the phone with "shuttle is on its way"; hung up when asked how long we should expect to wait. Foul language used by shuttle driver, yelled at dispatcher in booth as he drove through.
USUALLY, not a bad place...price is right. This time was a horrible return. At the airport called and said a bus coming right over. Took 15 minutes. Once a bus showed, it was full and left 5 ppl to wait for another bus. Had to wait another 10 minutes. This is the closest parking to the airport!! Once second bus to the terminal, the driver was older and unable to attend to the bags, either onto the bus or in storage. We all had to load and store our own bags. Once at the lot, my wife and I were parked near the gate, drove by and let all others off and starting picking up new passengers then realized we were still on. We got off and got our own bags off and walked 1/2 way across the lot to our car. Horrible service by this driver on 8/20/17 around 10am., just horrible!!
