Very affordable parking and excellent service. Quick and convenient shuttle to/from airport. We came back to snow storm and they had brushed off all the snow and had car warm and ready. Thanks again!
Employee Theft - (May 18, 2017) 5/05 - 5/11/2017 Wishing to provide a gratuity to my driver upon return to the lot and my waiting vehicle, I popped open my center console to discover that the change I keep stashed had been taken. There were two rolls of quarters and a moderate to large handful of coins removed. Perhaps $30-$35 total? Simple thinking indicates it was 1) the employee who received my vehicle and parked it, 2) an employee with access to keys who roamed the lot while I was away, or 3) the employee who pulled my vehicle up while I was on the return shuttle. My guess is probably upon my return. When informed of the situation, the attendant simply stated valuables should not be left in the vehicle, saying "what do you want me to do?" Let's not entertain the lunacy here; I get it... no computers, phones, briefcases, etc. But I am supposed to empty my console of change? He was in no way sympathetic and completely dismissive. When I inquired, he would not provide any sort of contact information for a supervisor or manager who might listen to my concerns. Could this attendant be the very one who also pulled up my vehicle? The one who relieved me of my change? My wife and I have often used the Dollar lot when we travel. We have enjoyed courteous service and timely delivery and pick-up to the terminal. We really have no complaints. It is sad that a business not only harbors a thief, but by action, also enables him at the expense of the customer.

called to make a reservation and the person answering the phone was extemely rude just loike another review said. he told me i had to go online to make my reservation without out a goodbye or thank you. heck with this. i will go somewhere else!
Zero stars if I could, was told @ 2 a.m. next shuttle @4 a.m. needed to be at airport for 3, went to roncari, was at airport in 5 mins. This company sucks.
