Great place to learn about aviation history! The great part about it is if you go more than once, you'll see something different, because they swap out aircraft every so often. I've been several times and will be going again soon. Probably better off going in the warm months though, so you can see the outdoor exhibits as well.

Good museum for taking out with kids. So they can see all kinds of planes and learn about them.
Real historical aircraft. Great displays. Well preserved and maintained. I take my son every other year or so. . Great for the family.
This indoor and outdoor museum is incredible! It may take you 3 hrs or more to enjoy the fantastic exhibits ( some interactive) and displays. We were lucky enough to visit during an " open cockpit " day. Many of aircraft were open for you to take the pilot seat while a knowledgeable volunteer answered your questions and gave outstanding narratives on that plane. Good for all ages from 5 - 6 years and older. Do not miss the b-29 bomber!
