First off, As a local Business Owner myself, I would like to say that i have been renting here for quite some time. I have several units and a handle of employees. My experience with this facility and Property Manager have always been PROFESSIONAL WITH EXCEPTION SERVICE. My staff has always had excellent service. I was shocked and appalled to see that someone had posted a bad review about this facility because there unit was over-locked and its obvious that they are taking their frustration out on the Property Manager, which is very unprofessional. I would like to share that I had my unit over-locked once because i forgot to make my payment by the 10th. I paid it right away and the lock was removed--no big deal. This is company policy and not the Property Manager. If you paid your bill on time, your unit would not be over-locked. Secondly, I just want to point out to Lori Co Ell l that its obvious you had a friend write a fake review to try and justify your review or your wrote it under another name ...and if i can tell i'm sure everyone can! You have truly shown everyone what type of person you truly are...unprofessional and vindictive.
This place is awesome! The Property Manager is very professional and such a pleasure to work with. Great location! Great Prices! Exceptional Service! I would highly recommend this facility to my family,friends and anyone looking for a storage unit!

The facility is neat,clean and secure. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who was looking for a storage unit.
Do not put your personal belongings here! I have never dealt with a more rude, unprofessional property manager in my life. Makes up her own rules as she goes. If you don't pay by the 10th of month they lock you out! I was told you can never speak to owners directly, even if under horrible circumstances. Dont go there, they are horrible!!!
I recently just rented a storage unit here and the Property Manager went above and beyond to meet with me after hours, so i could rent the unit and sign my paperwork. She was very prompt, professional , organized and thorough about the Company's policies and lease agreement. I have already recommended this facility to my best friend, who has also rented a unit here. This facility has the best price around with EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!
