I flew into Bradley on Sunday and found my truck with a dead alternator. I had my truck towed there and on Monday morning called them. Not only did they do a great job and the price was more than fair but the banged it out that monday knowing I needed to get home to Rhode island. Thank you Dan. Excellent job and service with a more than fair price. And Napa certified what more needs to be said.
The price is average, the guys in the shop are good at being economical with overlapping labor. The service is slow however, multiple times I've had vehicles at the shop for 20+ shop hours (not day hours, well over 100 day hours) to have a job completed that was quoted at 4.5 hours of work. I'm not sure if there is an issue with managing cars that are coming and going or a major over-estimating of their ability to keep to a schedule. All the guys who work here are great people and if you can go without a car for a week the price is good, if not you're better off at the stealership because let's be honest, you get what you pay for.
These guys we're no bs kinda guys. They were straight up with me on the issues I was having and fixed me up for the best price.
